Guidelines
Follow these rules to ensure a fair and competitive event
1Team Formation
Participants must register as teams, with each team consisting of 4 members.
2Project Scope
Teams can work on any project within the given theme or problem statement.
3Time Limit
The Hackathon will have a specific time limit. It is an 8 Hour Hackathon.
4Code Ownership
All code must be original and created during the Hackathon.
5Collaboration
Teams can collaborate with mentors but not with other teams.
6Presentation
Each team must present their project to the judging panel.
7Judging Criteria
Judging is based on innovation, technical execution, and user experience.
8Fair Play
Cheating, or unfair practices result in immediate disqualification.
9No Smoking and Alcohol
The event is smoke-free and alcohol-free for a safe and inclusive environment.
10NO Refund Policy
If you are not selected in Ideathon Round, No refund will be initiated.
11Code of Conduct & Prizes
Participants must adhere to professionalism and respect at all times during the event.
Winners receive cash prizes, mentorships, and more exciting opportunities.
